Kathryn Whitney

Analyst

Kathryn Whitney joined PacificBridge Capital in early 2018. Prior to PacificBridge Capital, Kathryn participated in a business services rotational program at Latham & Watkins LLP. Kathryn also completed an analyst program at The Valence Group, a boutique investment bank that offers M&A advisory services to companies in the chemicals sector.


Kathryn received a B.A. in political science and American studies from Trinity College.

Shannon Aten

Head of Investor Relations

Shannon has extensive experience in investor relations and business operations management and is the Head of Investor Relations and Operations at PacificBridge Capital. She has more than 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, Shannon worked at The Blackstone Group’s Private Equity unit as one of the first members of their global investors relations and business development team. Shannon was also the Head of Investor Relations for MBA Financial Services, a boutique asset management firm in Denver.  Shannon received her B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado.

Paul Scibetta

Chief Executive Officer

Paul is the founder and CEO of PacificBridge Capital and a recognized leader in global finance and investing. He previously held leadership positions with JPMorgan for 15 years in a career that included two postings in Asia, as well as postings in Europe and the United States. During the majority of his career with JPMorgan, he served as CEO of JP Morgan portfolio companies.

Paul served as CEO and Managing Director of The JPMorgan Private Bank in Asia (2007-2011), based in Hong Kong. During this time, he was a member of the Private Bank’s Global Operating Committee and Global Risk Committee, and JPMorgan’s Asia Executive Committee. Prior to this period, Paul served as a member of the JPMorgan Asset Management Global Operating Committee (2002-2006), and as a CEO of businesses within JPMorgan Asset Management, based in New York.

Prior to Paul’s chief executive roles, he served in leadership positions for JPMorgan Asset Management as an attorney, risk officer and Global Chief Fiduciary Officer from 1997-2003. He joined JPMorgan in 1997 in Tokyo where he served as Head of Legal and Compliance for JPMorgan’s Asia Investment Management and Private Banking (IMPB) business (1997-1999). He relocated in 1999 to London, where he held the position Head of Legal and Compliance for JPMorgan’s Europe IMPB business (1999-2001).  Prior to joining JPMorgan, Paul served as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York (1992-1995) and Tokyo (1995-1997), and clerked for the Honorable Conrad K. Cyr of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (1991-1992).

Paul holds a B.S. in Economics from James Madison University and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Andrew Economos

Managing Partner Asia & Chief Investment Officer

Andrew is Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of PacificBridge Capital, headquartered in Asia. A 25 year industry veteran, he is an investment & business leader, fusing asset management with fintech/insurtech innovation.

Andrew served as Head of Distribution for JPMorgan Asset Management in Asia, Head of Distribution for Capital Group in Asia, and Head of Proprietary Trading for JPMorgan in Asia.  Andrew has founded, sourced and developed emerging investment platforms in the US and Asia.

As a senior fintech executive, Andrew has experience with Insurtech, wealth management, robo-advisory and vertical social networks for the enterprise. As a senior fund manager he deals with long-only, hedge fund, principal trading, private equity and venture capital.  He is head of Strategic Solutions and goal-based investing for private wealth, insurance, retail and institutional clients. In addition, Andrew is an architect of strategic partnerships for financial services co-creation and distribution.

Andrew received a PhD abd from Penn State University in international business.

Peter Coroneos

Managing Partner

Peter is a Managing Partner of PacificBridge Capital. Peter has more than two decades of experience managing, growing and building businesses and raising capital across numerous platforms. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of Investor Development for Z Capital Group, a New York based private equity and distressed credit fund with more than $2.3 billion of assets under management. Prior to Z Capital, Peter served as Managing Director of the Private Capital Group at Jefferies LLC, a leading private capital fundraising platform for private equity funds and direct investments. While at Jefferies, Peter was instrumental in raising several billion dollars for clients and established deep relationships with hundreds of institutional investors globally, including many ultra-high net worth family offices.  Prior to joining Jefferies, Peter was Vice President of Capital Raising at Avenue Capital Group in New York, Vice President at Himelsein Mandel Fund Management in Los Angeles and was with Cullen Investments in London and Auckland, New Zealand.

Peter graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During his free time, Peter enjoys traveling and is an avid outdoorsman with a strong passion for surfing and spearfishing.
